Thank you for this. I don't see auras, I see the subconscious of people. Some of my viewings are seeing a person and it appearing as a cat, another as lion, and another as a snake, another as a man hunching.

One simple method you can do to see the energy your body emits, your aura, when you are about to go to sleep at night, and you are in a dark room. Take the blanket you are sleeping with, put it over you head until you are in pitch black. Leave one of your hands outside of the blanket, open your hand at about the level of your eyes. Iv been using random energy iv felt around my body for forever i can control it its like static and my aura is huge it goes on forever and it doesn't have a color its just static not only that i can make people feel different emotions by using it im concerned on what it could be idk if its aura or not i need help.

Oh my gosh this is so cool! I kind of assumed people were just seeing the negative image burned onto their retina, you know, but I tried really hard to make sure that’s not what it was and now I can totally see my aura! And I saw yours as well! I had no idea I could do this!

I don't believe this is an aura. It is your eyes and brains that create this. It is like taking a red piece of paper, holding it to a white background, stare at it for 15 seconds and then take it away. You will then see a green square, in the same shape of the red paper. This has nothing to do with aura's. You can also have this with black and white. I've always seen white light like borders around people, but also around "things". I don't think this is an aura.

Everyone saw blue on her but I saw pink?

I am not sure if I saw my aura:/ I was staring at my hand and yeah I saw the brightness. But it wasn't a color. I wasn't blue, green. red etc. It just felt like the white background was just brighter and the background darker. Can someone help?:/

I walked my daughter home one night and she was worried how I would get back home safely so I watched her get to the end of her path she turned to wave at me and I waved back all of a sudden a big white circle just started to swirl around her head
